VICE-PRESIDENT
ELEANOR M. KIESEL, ESQUIRE, MSW, is Managing Attorney for Community Legal Aid Society, Inc., (“CLASI”) in Kent and Sussex Counties, Delaware. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (inactive) and in Delaware. Prior to joining CLASI in the Poverty Program, she directed the Educational Surrogate Parent Program and worked for the Child Placement Review Board.
She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Delaware State University, serves on the Boards of Sussex County Community Crisis Housing, Inc. and the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence; she is the current chair of the Policy and Law Committee for the DCADV; has served as Board member and chair of Abriendo Puertas, Inc. and was a board member of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Center.
She is a Governor-appointed volunteer for the Child Placement Review Board, Advisory Council member for Casa San Francisco homeless shelter and the Sussex Tech High School Wellness Center. Ms. Keiesel is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Sussex County Bar Association, and currently serving as Vice President of the National Association of Social Workers Delaware Chapter.
