EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY The
Delaware Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers(NASW) seeks
a part-time Executive Director. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of managerial experience
with a broad knowledge of the principals of association management and have the ability to articulate the social work values
and ethics. Essential skills include; legislative advocacy, financial administration, event planning, strong
communication skills and office technology proficiency, fundraising/grant development and working with a voluntary board of
directors. The Chapter office is located in Wilmington, Delaware; however travel will be a requirement.
Salary range in the high 20’s with benefits. Social Work degree preferred. We
